Hopefully this gets cancelled soon so it can be replaced with something better. Over dramatised, terrible writing, zero understanding to hospital day to day work.
The actors are likable and make it fun to watch.

I'm glad to see the nurses in this show have enough free time to be running around with fingers in a box and browsing a patient's personal website, but in reality in acute care each nurse has on average 5 patients to care for in a day and barely has time to get everything done before shift change.
If you want this to go past a few short episodes, I suggest hiring a real nurse to at least get some of the facts correct to not be embarrassing.
But this show managed to find such writers, and the results are absolutely hilarious (unless you were hoping for an accurate hispital drama). As a nurse I was very excited to see this show, particularly since other medical dramas tend to show nurses doing too little (if anything at all). If you want to watch a TV show with medical accuracy or the right portrayal of a scope of pratice, walk away. Yes there's inaccuracies but it's a tv show. 35 out of 48 found this helpful. Sat through the first episode and now watching episode two. ICU and OB units require specialized training in most hospitals.
You can't possibly as this show is so inaccurate on so many levels. I am a nurse but for me this is an insult to the profession. If you're looking for a Greys Anatomy replacement then you will probably enjoy it. I saw an absolute cheap copy of Grey's in Nurses´scrubs. 28 out of 37 found this helpful. I tuned into the premiere because the promotional ads were so bad that I had to see it just how bad it would be. I am.so disappointed. Don't listen to the people giving this one star reviews. This show is completely unbelievable.

1. A hospital would never allow a new nurse on their first day to care for a intubated client in an ICU, suggest that a new nurse who they do not know, could assist in an OR. I had a hard time watching the first episode. Was this review helpful?
